Do I need a referral to start therapy?

No, you don’t need a referral. You can contact me directly to arrange an initial consultation.

Can I speak to you before committing to therapy?

Yes — I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to help you decide if therapy with me feels right.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and decide if we’re a good fit to work together.

What happens if I miss a session?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed sessions may still be charged, as outlined in the therapy agreement.

Can I switch between face-to-face, online and telephone sessions?

Yes, you can switch between formats as needed to suit your circumstances and preferences.

Do you offer concessionary rates or financial assistance?

Please contact me to discuss any financial concerns you may have with starting therapy.
